我说过，我不是为了回报才决定做一些事情，就算会被反感和讨厌，我也想去做。
而且，多年的被讨厌，误解，我已经能忍受被人讨厌的感觉了。
以下为以前写的：《if》这首诗是我大概在2011年左右时看到的一首诗。那时候，是我人生最黑暗最可怕的时期，那时候，阿信肆无忌惮的恐吓我，在我同学间制造误会，让我知道我对他来说多么渺小，那时候我还不知道自己是弥赛亚，不知道世上有共济会，我只知道他们有一个组织，我只知道他能控制一切，渺小无助的我没有任何人可依靠，没有一个人能理解我，在我最最难以承受的时候，我偶然去学校英语听力机房听英语，偶然间看到一首诗《if》，是一位母亲写给她的儿子的。看到这首诗的我如获至宝，它给了我极大的力量，我把它抄写在墙上，但是这首诗的中文翻译有各个版本，我都不满意，所以自己翻译了这首诗。
《if》
以下纯属自己的翻译，加入了自己的思想，和原诗偏离的比较远了。
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
如果当所有人都失去理智，并责备你时，你仍能保持理智；
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you，
如果当所有人都怀疑你时，你仍能相信你自己；
but make allowance for their doubting too;
而且允许别人怀疑；
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting，
如果你能等待，而能让等待的生活开花（不只为等待）；
or， being lied about，don't deal in lies，
或者，被欺骗，但不以欺心；
or， being hated， don't give way to hating，
或者，被讨厌，但不逃避被人讨厌的那种难受的感觉；
And yet don't look too good， nor talk too wise;
而且，不必看起来那么的好，那么的优秀，也不必太明智地说话；
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
如果你有理想，但不会被理想所主宰；
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
如果你能思考，光想达不到目标
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
如果你遇到了成功和灾难，并把它们当做一样来对待；
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
twiseted by knaves to make a trap for fools，
如果你能忍受你说出的真实被编织成欺骗不知情的人们的网；
or watch the things you gave your life to broken，
或者当你看到你用一生精力建立的东西被毁坏；
And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;
还能俯下疲累不堪的身躯，重新建造，
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss，
这句不认识的单词太多，所以不翻译
And lose， and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
失败后，分析过去，再重新开始，
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew，
to serve your turn long after they are gone，
And so hold on when there is nothin in you
Except the will which says to them:“hold on!“
如果，当你的心已千疮百孔，伤痕累累，看不到任何希望，无力支撑时，你还有自己的精神对自己说:“相信自己，一定有无限美好的未来。”
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue，
如果你能与品德不好，意见相左，或有冲突或新仇旧怨的人说话时，仍能理解和尊重对方，并不否定甚至放开偏见，发现对方的闪光点；（这句没尊重原诗，自己翻译的）
or walk with Kings -nor lose the mon touch;
或与品德高尚，自己内心崇敬的人交流时，仍能对对方的思想或结论保持怀疑，并尊重自己的思想；
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
如果敌人和爱你的朋友都伤不了你；
If all men count with you， but none too much;
如果所有的人都信赖你，但从不会太信赖；
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
with sixty second' worth of distance run -
如果你能让度日如年的每一秒钟都充满意义……
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it，
And - which is more - you'll be a man my son!
你的心将包容万物，
